CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
CrossFit at Village Fitness is now holding classes to introduce CrossFit workouts to as many members as we can.
CrossFit classes will be limited to 12 members per class on a first come bases. Members not able to get on the list can place their name on a waiting list and will be added as space becomes available.
The current classes will be held at the following days and times:
6:15 AM Mon, Wed and Fri
11:00 AM Mon, Wed and Fri
Classes will be held in Studio C on the Fitness Floor
Sign up sheets are at the Trainers Desk on the Fitness Floor
