What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of exercise based on the philosophies of Joseph Pilates that addresses muscle strength and flexibility to improve postural alignment, balance, and coordination.  The exercises are designed to promote proper alignment and balanced strength. Using springs and pulleys the equipment creates a progressive resistance to both stretch and strengthen muscles. The exercises are done with control and precision, emphasizing core strength (strengthening of the pelvic floor, abdomen and back), to develop overall strength, proper alignment, increased flexibility and correct posture.

Private Sessions

One hour devoted entirely to you.  Make the most of your workout by working one-on-one with one of our talented Pilates instructors.  Each workout will be customized to meet your individual needs and fitness goals.  

Duet Sessions

Research saysthose who work out with a buddy have the most success sticking to their routine.  Grab a friend, colleague or significant other for a fun and cost effective way to get a personalized workout.  

Introductory Series

New to Pilates?  Try our introductory series and get three privates sessions specifically designed to teach you all you need to know to join our group reformer classes.  This package also includes three group reformer classes to get you started on your Pilates routine. 

Group Reformer

Work on balance, strength and flexibility in our group reformer classes.  Class size maximum is four people per class for individualized attention.  These small classes allow our instructors to focus on each individual's form and alignment to provide you a great workout at a great price.
