Group exercise classes at Village Fitness are about fun, fitness and achieving your goals. There’s a class for every fitness level from beginners to the advanced exercise enthusiast!
Classes are available seven days a week in three Village Fitness state-of-the -art studios. Click on one of the tabs below to see the studio schedule.

This class combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that’s all out fun. A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbell to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class. Come enjoy a hot and spicy cardio workout that is a fiesta of fun! Work hard while learning the newest and coolest salsa moves! Please note that this class now meets on Tuesday evening in Studio B. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist, mountain or road racer, our professional cycle instructors offer you a challenging indoor cycling class. Each class is designed to challenge every level of fitness. This low impact fitness class is to raise your heart level in a fun fitness class atmosphere. This class is designed for participants who are 50+ years old. An intense workout that utilizes kickboxing movements for a great cardio and muscle conditioning workout. This class may incorporate bags and gloves. All fitness levels are welcome! A classic, high intensity fat burning workout using an adjustable platform. This class combines athletic and/or dance based aerobic moves for diverse levels of intensity. Awesome workout with step and muscle conditioning intervals!
Village Fitness offers a wide range of yoga classes per week for beginners and advanced students alike. All yoga classes are included in the monthly Club dues. Yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets are provided for your convenience. This class incorporates the stability ball and BOSU with traditional Pilates mat work to provide and intense, full body workout. Strong focus is given to core strength, stability, and proper form. This class offers beginning to intermediate level exercises with variations for more experienced student. All fitness levels are welcome. A 60-minute Pilates and Yoga combination class. Focus on strengthening your core with Pilates and increasing your flexibility, strength and balance with Yoga. All fitness levels welcome. This class utilizes weights and thera-bands with Pilates-based techniques to enhance your enhance your strength, flexibility, posture and core stability. Create an opportunity to relax, lengthen and strengthen your body and mind in this traditional yoga class. A more intense 60-minute class for the intermediate to advance yoga participant designed to strengthen the body, mind and spirit.
